Backfielder prolongs her contract at Copenhagen

Anne Cecilie de la Cour will stay three further years at Copenhagen Handbold in Danish Primo Tours Dameligaen. According to a press release of the club the Danish national player prolonged her contract.

Since 2015 Anne Cecilie de la Cour plays for Copenhagen and she will do at least three further years. The 23-year old backfielder signed a new contract, valid up to summer 2020. "I am very happy to be here and feel most comfortable", Anne Cecilie de la Cour to Danish TV2.

Before her time in Copenhagen Anne Cecilie de la Cour played for Viborg HK, last matchday her new and her former team faced each other in the Danish League. The backfielder scored ten goals in this match. Copenhagen is placed fifth with 12 points, FC Midtjylland with 20 and Viborg with 19 points are on the top of the table.

Anne Cecilie de la Cour played already several times for the Danish national team, she was also nominated for the European Championships played in Sweden in December 2016.
